As we expand our impact, we’re looking for a Marketing/Virtual Assistant who thrives in a flexible environment and is passionate about purpose-driven work.

What You’ll Do:
This hybrid role blends virtual assistant support with marketing coordination. Your work will help us stay organized, amplify our message, and connect with the right clients. Responsibilities include:
- Designing and maintaining our website (Wix, WordPress, or similar platforms)
- Managing and scheduling social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Creating and updating marketing materials (flyers, presentations, PDFs)
- Supporting email marketing campaigns and newsletter creation (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.)
- Light graphic design using Canva or similar tools
- Calendar management and scheduling client sessions
- Organizing digital files and supporting general admin tasks
- Helping with CRM or client database upkeep
- Assisting with event coordination (webinars, workshops, etc.)

Who You Are:
- Self-starter with great communication and time management skills
- Tech-savvy and experienced in website creation and maintenance
- Creative eye for design and storytelling
- Comfortable with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, Zoom, and social platforms
- Prior experience supporting a small business, coach, or solopreneur a plus
- Familiarity with strengths-based development, HR, coaching, or personal development topics is a bonus (but not required!)
