Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Voice-Based Dispatcher & Scheduling Support (Graveyard Shift)

Rate: $4/hour to start (growth potential up to $6/hour based on performance)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a voice-based role often working with the disabled and elderly population, many of whom may have hearing difficulties or may struggle to understand fast or heavily accented speech.

For that reason, we are looking for candidates with a soft, clear, calming phone tone, and professional phone voice with minimal accent.

You will be responsible for answering calls, handling dispatch and scheduling tasks, and supporting our transport operations during U.S. business hours.

WORK SCHEDULE:
• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time (Graveyard Shift) (9AM - 5PM ET-US Time)
• 40 hours/week
• Must be available to work consistently without scheduling conflicts

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer incoming phone calls (using our VoIP system)
• Dispatch and schedule transportation trips for patients and facilities
• Communicate clearly with clients, drivers, and nursing facilities
• Log trip details into our dispatch system (training provided)
• Assist with follow-ups, cancellations, and appointment confirmations
• Follow internal protocols and call scripts

REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent English with a neutral or minimal accent
• Soft, calming tone, friendly, and professional phone voice
• Prior NEMT experience in customer service, dispatch, or call handling (U.S. preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Sheets), dispatch, or CRM tools
• Own desktop/laptop (8GB RAM minimum, up-to-date antivirus)
• Stable internet (Minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
• Backup internet option (e.g., hotspot or second provider)
• Quiet work environment and noise-canceling headset

COMPENSATION:
• $4/hour to start
• Growth potential up to $6/hour based on performance, reliability, and long-term fit
• Paid weekly via Wise
