JOB OVERVIEW

Operations Support Specialist
Vanderbilt Financial Group (“Vanderbilt”, or the “Firm”) is seeking a qualified Operations Support Specialist in our Operations Department. This Support Specialist operates with a high degree of confidentiality. The primary responsibility of this role would be to support multiple United States-based Vanderbilt employees in all areas of our business, allowing them to focus more time on front-facing Advisor support. The duties vary, including preparing new accounts and maintenance paperwork, data input, and other miscellaneous projects within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities
• Preparing new account paperwork and maintenance forms with high attention to detail and quality.
• Answering Operations Concierge phone line with care and diligence
• Preparing new account Welcome Letters
• Preparing OFAC searches on newly established accounts
• Document submission and follow-up
• Learning new platforms and systems
• Create a strong working relationship with customers and internal teams.

Skills/Requirements
• This position does NOT allow for multiple employment outside of VFG. This would be the applicant's only employment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 15,000 USD per year or compensation based on experience (up to $16,250)

Physical Setting: Work from Home

Schedule:
• 9-hour shift on US Eastern Standard Time. 3pm Eastern to 12am Eastern. 1 hour lunch break.
Supplemental Pay:
• 13th Month Bonus pay
Experience:
• Customer service/assistant experience
• FINRA Series 7 license is a plus OR willingness to obtain.
• Mandatory: 3 – 5 years prior experience working in the financial services industry

Pay increase if you are already licensed
