Influencer Outreach Specialist

Hi! I'm looking for someone to manage influencer relations for me. Specifically outreach (for now) with TikTok creators.

I'm currently looking for someone who's able to pick up this gig at about 15-20 hours/week. Depending on how you perform and how fast our a expands it's possible these hours can expand.

The primary objective as of now is to bring in quality prospects who we can outreach to and then initiate conversations for influencer marketing on TikTok. You'll also be responsible for communicating back and forth (if needed) to close a deal. I'll be there along the entire way to guide you so it does not feel overwhelming, where eventually, you can do it yourself. We're still refining our process so it can change so flexibility and adaptability will be key.

This is a flexible position, not "fixed" or "static" in terms of work X hours a day and you're done. The primary bulk work per week will be towards prospecting and finding the influencers. The "dynamic" aspect is being able to be on standby and communicate in a timely manner back. Say you already did 6-8 hours for the week, the rest you can just allocate to be on standby, monitoring emails (if any), social inboxes you did outreach to, or progressing forward any communications open, or something else I may have for you. This is what I mean by this being a dynamic role.

We currently manage everything in Airtable for our CRM and are likely to migrate to Google Sheets in the near future.

We're a psychic spiritual mobile app for iOS managed under an LLC. You'd be assigned an email account and gain access into our social media accounts to potentially also do outreach via DMs. On top of that, we are not limited to just working with one primary app as we are an App Studio with many projects under the studio and you will be responsible to do outreaches across our projects as needed.

In your role, I'd mainly need you to do outreach to initiate the conversation and then to forward me the lead so I can close them. Depending on how you perform and if you'd be open, I can consider giving you more responsibilities and expansion into higher roles to manage. On top, in the beginning, do not worry. I can help guide you along the steps to close a deal so you understand. The ideal candidate in the near future will be able to manage influencer relationships, posting, and communication. The ideal candidate should have a growth mindset, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency, improve our systems, and be apply AI as needed to improve your workflow.

It's very essential that you have a iOS device so you can use our app and understand how to frame conversations. Simply by understanding how our app works, you can then better position our app in conversations to highlight the value and why we are a perfect fit for an influencer. So this is key. We're also creating for Android but iOS is preferred.

The person I'm seeking is someone who is adaptable, analytical, responsible, reliable, detail-orientated, and has a growth mindset. Currently, as I said, this is a small gig which is flexible but it could change.

You should be resourceful and able to figure things out on your own most importantly. I do not want you to become a liability but someone who is able to think for themselves, make decisions, produce results, and show me how you're creating results for our business.

Templates, systems, and guides over time will be created to make this easier for you as I said. I'll be helping you as we onboard you.

You should have STRONG English, primarily in writing, grammar, and understanding. This is a must. I'm open if you use other tools like AI or so to boost productivity and produce results. At the end of the day, all I care about is results. You should have fast wifi + a fast computer that does not interfere with work speed/efficiency.

You should have a strong understanding of social media and how to professionally communicate to people. At present, the goal is to identify a very specific type of influencer which I'll show you how and what we're looking for.

Another big plus is if you have any understanding of sales or copywriting, as this can improve your performance/results.

Please note that we made a ton of outreach into our current niche already. So it's very likely that you may have to figure out unique ways how to re-engage conversations or even open them up because our niche tends to get a lot of emails just from their audiences themselves. So it's a big plus if you know how to stand out in inboxes or even know how to re-engage conversations who perhaps fell off or even to figure out how we can finally get our foot in the door in order to get a response back because that's the biggest thing.

Training videos, systems, and templates will be provided.

Ultimately, we want someone long-term who has an aptitude for thinking for themselves and finding solutions with minimal supervision.
