Cold Calling VA | Hourly + Bonus| Growth-Focused Role

I’m looking for a part-time Real Estate Cold Caller (10-15) hours a week with potential to move to full-time later) to help work the hours that I cannot work. Hours will be around 6 pm to 8 pm EST.
Candidates must be organized and have prior experience with Cold calling, Spreadsheets, using a CRM, etc.
If you have worked with real estate, that’s even better.

Your Top Tasks:
* Make outbound cold calls to real estate leads using ?Go High Level?
* Answer texts to real estate leads on my behalf.
* Schedule and log appointments on my calendar
* Client follow-up.
* Manage appointments, schedule, and send reminders.
* Inputting new clients into my database
* Communicating with the service provider to get lead numbers.


Job Requirements:
* Soft-spoken and good customer management skills
* Well-versed with spreadsheets and power dialer software.
* Willing to work during hours listed above.
* Have smart phone and laptop with good internet connection
* Prior experience in a similar role in the real estate industry is a plus

Pay:
-You will start at a lower pay initially (amount listed on the job post), but will immediately have the opportunity to get bonuses for every deal that closes.
-A deal usually closes once every month.
-You will be paid based on hours worked.
-You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.
