I am seeking a Virtual Admin Assistant to join our mission of helping professionals build confidence and meaningful connections through networking. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic and growing Irish business led by a woman.

As our Virtual Assistant, you'll work closely with the founder and her small team to learn the behind-the-scenes workings of a training, mentoring, and content-led business. You'll receive full training and support while gaining valuable experience in admin, communications, and digital tools.

As you grow in the role, you'll also get the opportunity to take on more responsibility, such as calendar management, appointment booking, and inbox handling.

We're looking for a tech-savvy, proactive, and organized individual with great communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting a purpose-driven business.

This is an entry-level, remote position with flexible hours and lots of potential for growth. If you're eager to learn, love being organized, and want to work in a positive, encouraging environment — we’d love to hear from you!


THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS ROLE

You will be supporting the founder in managing online presence, streamlining communications, and staying on top of key networking events and content. This includes assisting with social media scheduling, email management, document creation, and updating the website. You’ll also help create structure around workshops and programs by developing templates, resources, and systems that save time and enhance the client experience. The right person will bring calm to the chaos and allow the founder to focus on delivering value through her networking expertise

PAY AND HOURS
(these are negotiable)

The starting rate for this role will be between: €3.50-€5.50
This position is available ASAP
This is a long term role for the right candidate
Provisional Schedule (negotiable): Any hours are fine with a minimum 2-hour overlap with Irish working hours
You will be available for at least: 2 to 4 hours, this will vary.
We will pay you weekly
There will be paid leaves
Performance review after 3 months, wage review after 12 months
We offer end-of-year bonuses as standard.
