Be the Voice of the Brand that Supports Parents on Their Journey!

The Mother of All Baby Showers (MOABS) is a one-of-a-kind event series connecting new and expectant parents with trusted brands and resources in a fun, engaging setting. We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and self-driven Marketing VA who can help us grow our brand visibility across social media, Shopify, and email marketing platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Content & Management

- Plan, schedule, and publish content for Facebook & Instagram
- Use Canva to create simple, brand-aligned graphics and stories
- Write creative captions that speak to moms, dads, and soon-to-be parents
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages


Email
Marketing & Campaign Coordination

- Design and send newsletters and sponsor promotions via Constant Contact
- Manage mailing lists and segmentation for events and campaigns
- Collaborate with team on content calendars and promotional planning

Shopify & Website Updates

- Add and update products on our Shopify store
- Make basic edits to product pages, images, and descriptions
- Help track analytics and improve site usability where needed

Brand & Digital Support

- Support the marketing team in developing seasonal campaigns
- Track post performance and campaign success with insights
- Assist with digital assets needed for upcoming events


Who We’re Looking For:

- Experience in social media marketing (IG/FB content and engagement)
- Canva skills (you don’t need to be a pro — just creative and consistent!)
- Familiarity with Shopify and product uploads
- Email marketing know-how (preferably with Constant Contact)
- Great writing skills and love for community-focused brands
- Bonus: Experience working with family, parenting, or lifestyle brands
