• A team player with a killer instinct for sales
• Script-trained in real estate lead conversion (cold calling, nurturing, follow-ups)
• Comfortable with high call volume, persistent, and never afraid of the word “no”
• Pro at objection handling, expireds, FSBOs, and working internet buyer leads
• Experienced with Mojo Dialer (must know your way around proven data!)
• CRM-savvy (Lofty experience preferred)
• Fluent in English, with clear communication and a confident voice
• Tech reliable: Fast, stable internet + backup plan for outages
• Able to work full-time, aligned with Central Time (Chicago hours)

???? DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Dial out to fresh and proven data lists (expireds, FSBOs, buyers, etc.)
• Follow scripts, build rapport, and set solid appointments for our agents
• Enter leads, notes, and pipeline updates into Lofty CRM
• Follow-up with nurtures like a pro—no lead left behind
• Report daily numbers and performance updates
