We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who can build a smart and efficient inventory tracking system in Google Sheets for our growing baby clothing business.

???? About Us
We manage over 400 SKUs and sell across multiple platforms including TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, and in-person. Our current system is manual and we need to automate it for better efficiency.

? What You’ll Do
Create a centralized inventory tracker with stock levels per SKU and size

Set up sales logs per platform (manual entry) that auto-update inventory

Build formulas to deduct stock automatically based on entries

Add low stock alerts and notifications

Create a dashboard for daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Optional: Add automation or Apps Script (e.g. stock alert emails)

???? Requirements
Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, formulas, and conditional formatting

Experience with inventory systems and/or eCommerce workflows

Bonus: Familiarity with Google Apps Script or automation tools like Zapier

Great attention to detail and strong communication skills
