Expert Cold Caller for Kiwi Medical Surplus

We’re looking for an Expert Cold Caller to join our remote team. You’ll be reaching out to businesses, healthcare providers, and decision-makers to introduce our products, generate leads, and set appointments for our sales team. If you’re confident on the phone, love talking to people, and have a knack for turning cold calls into warm opportunities, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to a provided list of prospects (businesses, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies.).
Pitch Kiwi Medical Surplus products and services with enthusiasm and clarity.
Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers and understanding their needs.
Schedule appointments or follow-ups for our sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in our CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Provide feedback on call scripts and prospect responses to improve our approach.
Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing (1-2+ years preferred).
Exceptional English communication skills (fluent, clear, and professional).
Confidence and persistence in handling objections and rejections.
Familiarity with CRM tools (GHL) or willingness to learn.
A quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet and a headset.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Bonus: Experience in B2B sales, medical industry, or surplus equipment sales.
