Recruiter Wanted (Freelance / Outsourced) – Amazon DSP, London

We are a fast-growing Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operating across three delivery stations in London. We’re looking to partner with a skilled and proactive recruiter to fully manage our hiring pipeline for delivery drivers.

This is a remote, freelance position with ongoing work. Ideal for someone experienced in volume hiring, onboarding, and compliance—particularly in logistics, transport, or similar sectors.

Responsibilities include:
Job Advertising & Sourcing:
- Create, manage, and optimise job postings on platforms like Indeed
- Actively reach out to applicants and respond promptly to all candidates
- Candidate Screening:
- Conduct phone interviews to explain the role and assess suitability
- Ask a set of structured questions to qualify applicants quickly and effectively

Onboarding & Compliance:
- Collect and verify required documents (e.g., driving licenses, right-to-work documents)
- Ensure full compliance with Amazon DSP standards
- Issue contracts and manage digital onboarding processes
- Training Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate in-person training sessions
- Liaise with depot managers to arrange ridealongs, driving assessments, and shadow shifts
- Track candidate progress through each stage until fully onboarded

Ongoing Admin & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of driver documentation and logs
- Regularly review expiry dates for licenses and right-to-work checks and flag upcoming renewals

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment (ideally within transport, logistics, or gig-economy roles)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and take full ownership of the recruitment process
- Familiarity with compliance and onboarding requirements in the UK
