We are currently seeking an energetic, smart, ambitious professional eager to land a position in the financial markets.

Remote Job Position

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Act as a customer support person in our international team
• Respond to client’s requests by phone, live chat and email
• Maximize the retention and trading volume of current clients
• Reports to the superior, providing regular updates on all account activity

Qualifications & Skills:
• At least 1-2 years of relevant business experience in capital markets industry (forex experience will be a big plus)
• Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish languages, both oral and written
• Knowledge of German or other languages would be an advantage
• Familiarity with major FX retail platforms such as MetaTrader 4 and cTrader
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or similar is an advantage
• Excellent MS Office, Internet use and business correspondence
• Client-oriented, ready to help clients respectfully, in a friendly manner

Remuneration:
• We offer competitive base salary, negotiable
