Customer Service Rep

Richwood Transport LLC is a fast growing Transportation company. We specialize in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. Richwood Transport LLC is looking for a dedicated and hardworking customer service rep to answer calls of patients and brokers and write down specific information to share with the dispatcher. Other responsibilities would include looking up times drivers should be arriving according to our dispatching software, accepting future trips and uploading changes of times or addresses. At all times the main dispatcher will be on a conference call with you if you have any questions.

Must have a reliable computer that can handle our dispatching software and a fast internet connection.
