Job Description:
WeCreateMVP's is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer with exceptional frontend and backend capabilities who can take ownership of projects from design to deployment. If you're confident in building fully responsive, scalable web applications and thrive in an Agile, sprint-based environment, this role is for you.

We’re looking for someone highly proficient in React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, HTML, CSS, Node.js, and especially MongoDB, with strong attention to responsive design using containers and breakpoints. You should be familiar with modern deployment platforms such as AWS, Vercel, and Render, and experienced in working within Agile teams, managing tasks through sprints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development:
- Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance UIs using React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, HTML, and CSS
- Implement clean and scalable layouts using containers, flex/grid systems, and responsive breakpoints
- Ensure consistent visual and functional experience across various screen sizes and devices

Backend Development:
- Build and maintain APIs, server-side logic, and backend architecture using Node.js, Python, and Java
- Integrate databases and external services while ensuring security, scalability, and performance

Fullstack Development & Collaboration:
- Lead fullstack implementation of web applications from frontend to backend
- Work collaboratively in an Agile environment, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Translate product and business requirements into technical solutions alongside designers and stakeholders

Database Management:
- Design, develop, and manage MongoDB databases as the primary data store
- Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL is a plus

Testing, Optimization & Maintenance:
- Write clean, maintainable code with unit and integration tests
- Debug and optimize applications for performance and long-term stability

Deployment & DevOps:
- Deploy and maintain applications using AWS, Vercel, or Render
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines, environment configurations, and version control workflows

Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack web development
- Expertise in React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, HTML, CSS, and Node.js
- Solid backend experience with JavaScript, Python, and Java
- Strong knowledge and experience with MongoDB (primary), and familiarity with MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with AWS or similar platforms like Vercel or Render
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, including working in sprint cycles and using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Git and modern version control best practices
