About Retro Verse Toys:
Retro Verse Toys is a fast-growing toy store based in the USA. We specialize in nostalgic and collectible toys and sell on Shopify (our website), Amazon, and Walmart.
We’re looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant who is experienced with e-commerce product listing and can help us keep our online stores accurate, organized, and growing!

Your Main Tasks:
Upload and manage product listings on Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart

Write optimized product titles, descriptions, pricing, and upload images

Monitor inventory levels and update product availability

Perform regular quality checks to ensure all listings meet marketplace standards

Respond to basic customer inquiries about product information

Support data entry and admin tasks related to e-commerce

Conduct product and competitor research (bonus task)

What We’re Looking For:
? Experience listing products on Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart
? Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
? Knowledge of e-commerce SEO and how to optimize listings for search
? Ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet deadlines
? Good written English skills
? Reliable internet connection and strong communication

Bonus points if you have:

Experience using inventory management tools

Skills in product research and competitive analysis
