Job Title: Experienced Remote Worker

Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred)
Hours: Part-time, long term – 4 hours/day, 20 hours/week
Shift:
• 6:00–8:00 AM PH Time / 3:00–5:00 PM Pacific (previous day)
• 10:00 PM–12:00 AM PH Time / 7:00–9:00 AM Pacific
About Repunzel
Repunzel is a fast-growing platform dedicated to helping actors get discovered and signed by top talent agencies. We provide our clients with the tools, resources, and guidance they need to land agency representation in LA, NY, and ATL. We are a small team and you will be working directly with the Founder.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support
• Respond to client inquiries via HelpScout, Instagram DMs, and
• Ensure all queries are addressed promptly within assigned time blocks
2. Social Media Management
• Manage
• Edit visual content using Canva
• Compose and schedule IG posts via Buffer
• Post templated Instagram Stories
• Monitor and engage with followers
3. Additional Responsibilities:
• Inbox management for internal and client-facing communications
• Calendar management and light scheduling
• Ad hoc admin tasks as needed
You’re a great fit if you:
• Have prior experience as a Virtual Assistant (preferably 2+ years)
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Have strong written English communication skills (c2 Mastery preferred)
• Are confident using tools like Canva, Buffer, HelpScout, and Missive
• Are proactive, independent, and solution-oriented
• Are looking for a part-time but long term position and can commit to the specific hours required (PH: 6–8 AM & 10 PM–12 AM / Pacific: 3–5 PM & 7–9 AM)
