About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly motivated, part-time virtual assistant to help grow our home care agency by generating 5 new clients per month. Your main focus will be on lead generation via phone calls and

Position Details:
• Part-time: 20 hours/week
• Long-term role
• $5–$8/hour (based on experience)
• Working hours in U.S. Eastern Time preferred

Main Goal:
Your #1 objective is to help us acquire 5 new clients every month through outreach, content creation, and marketing follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound phone calls and follow-ups to potential clients (scripts provided)
• Send and respond to outreach
• Track and follow up with leads in a CRM or spreadsheet
• Manage and grow social media presence (mainly
• Create and edit short-form content for Reels/Stories using Canva and CapCut
• Assist with YouTube content creation (optional but a plus)
• Handle full client onboarding (30–45 minutes per client)
• Provide weekly outreach and lead conversion reports

You’re a Great Fit If You:
• Speak and write fluent English (must be confident on phone calls)
• Have experience with lead generation, customer service, or cold outreach
• Are skilled in Canva and CapCut for content creation
• Know how to grow and manage
• Are highly organized and can keep track of leads and conversations
• Are proactive, reliable, and results-driven
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare, home care, or senior services
