Web directory assistant

Im based in Ireland and Ive recently started a web directory on Wordpress. Im looking for some help in growing this business.

Task will include:
- Identifying clients interested in the site
- Emailing these clients to join our website
- Researching blog topics for site.
- Writing on approved blog topics
- Promoting the affiliate links on the site
