Video Editor

About Us:
We run an agency that helps gym owners grow their business through high-converting video ads. We're looking for a talented, dependable video editor who can take footage shot by gym owners on their phones (talking head style), clean it up, add B-roll, and turn it into ads that convert.

This will start as part time work (10-20 hours) and can grow to be full time if it's a good fit on both sides.

What You'll Be Doing:
Editing 1–3 minute talking head videos (footage provided)

Trimming awkward pauses, filler words, and mistakes

Adding B-roll (stock or gym-provided)

Cleaning up basic audio and color

Adding captions (we’ll show you our style)

Exporting for use on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

Requirements:
2+ years experience editing video content (ads preferred)

Strong understanding of pacing and attention-grabbing edits

Ability to work with iPhone/Android footage

Access to Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve

Fluent in English and responsive to feedback

Bonus: Familiar with fitness/gym content or social media ads

Nice to Have:
Motion graphics experience

Familiarity with tools like Descript, CapCut, or Canva

Access to stock footage/music libraries
