Virtual Assistant/ Credit Repair Specialist

**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced **Virtual Assistant & Credit Repair Specialist** to join our growing team at **Credit Doctors**. This is a **long-term position** with the potential for growth and leadership. You will be working directly with the CEO and be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, handling client credit repair cases, and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

? Perform credit repair services including:
- Credit sweeps
- TransUnion sweeps
- Equifax data breach process
- Experian upload process

? Manage our CRM system (**Credit Repair Cloud**)
- Import and monitor client credit reports
- Dispute inaccurate and unverifiable items
- Track progress and update statuses
- Upload letters and documentation

? Client Communication & Management
- Provide clients with updates on their credit status
- Answer questions professionally via email or chat
- Maintain excellent customer service at all times

? Business Operations & Support
- Monitor and record client credit scores
- Organize files and manage cloud folders
- Help onboard new clients and walk them through the process
- Ensure all compliance guidelines and timelines are followed
- Suggest improvements and tools to make processes more efficient

? Reporting & Administration
- Maintain records of disputes and results
- Generate reports and progress summaries for the CEO
- Set reminders for follow-ups and dispute cycles

**Tools You'll Use (Experience Preferred):**
- Credit Repair Cloud
- IdentityIQ / SmartCredit
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Slack / Skype / WhatsApp
- Canva (for client progress reports – optional)

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience with credit repair (TransUnion, Experian, Equifax)
- Familiar with data breach tactics and sweep strategies
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and backup power

**Bonus if you have experience with:**
- UCES / DisputeBee / Client Dispute Manager
- Social media management (Facebook, IG – optional)
- Basic graphic design (to improve client-facing materials)
- Upselling additional services (e.g. funding help, tradelines)
- **Funneling and lead generation strategies (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, etc.)**
