About the Role: I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support my growing coaching business. This is a part-time, project-based position with the potential for daily work. As a life and wellness coach working with teens and parents, I run a podcast, deliver online coaching sessions, and manage multiple digital platforms. I'm looking for someone who is creative, organized, proactive, and truly passionate about supporting meaningful work.

To start, this will be project-based, approximately 2–3 hours/week, with the potential to expand to 2–3 hours/day depending on performance and needs.

What It's Like to Work with Me:

I’d describe my leadership style as calm, structured, and people-centered. I care deeply about the people I work with, and I’m approachable - my team knows they can come to me with questions, challenges, or new ideas. But I’m also clear about expectations and focused on delivering results. We’re in the business of helping others grow, so I model that by encouraging personal accountability and continuous learning. I believe in open, direct communication, and I give feedback with clarity and kindness. I don’t micromanage - I trust my team to lead in their own lane while knowing I’m right there to support them. At the end of the day, I want the people I work with to feel empowered, aligned with our mission, and proud of the work we do together.

Work schedule: Work hours are flexible but must be done during the overnight shift (12:00 AM–3:00 AM, 11:00 PM–2:00 AM, 10:00 PM–1:00 AM GMT, etc.). This schedule is important for the time-sensitive nature of some tasks, but you’ll have flexibility in when you choose to work within those timeframes.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in editing podcast episodes and social media content
- Experience with reels, shorts, shownotes
- Experience in marketing/branding
- Familiar with social media culture, engagement, and posting
