Cold Email/ Lead generation Specialist

Job Title:
Cold Email + Lead Gen + Instantly Expert (3 Hours/Day | $12–$15 USD/Day)

Description:
We are looking for a cold email and lead generation expert who knows their way around Instantly and Inframail like the back of their hand. You’ll be joining a small but focused team on a mission to launch a major catering brand in Western Massachusetts. Our primary goal right now? Send highly targeted email campaigns that invite specific audiences to our launch tasting party and secure catering gigs.

We already have:

4 warmed-up domains (3 inboxes each) integrated into Instantly

Inframail setup and ready

A growing database of leads


Email templates, marketing assets, and brand messaging

Systeme IO for funneling leads into our warm follow-up sequences

A creative, supportive, and hungry team (including you soon)


We need you to:

Use your expertise in lead scraping, segmentation, and list-building

Create well-organized segmented lists (event planners, wedding coordinators, schools, realtors, libraries, etc.)

Develop a 5–7 email cold outreach series using our templates and your own high-converting ideas

Personalize the emails for better open/click rates (without overdoing it — this is an invite to try amazing food!)

Monitor campaigns lightly and ensure deliverability, open rate optimization, and warm inbox management

Advise when it’s time to purchase new domains and expand inboxes

Communicate clearly and manage your time effectively (3 hours/day should be more than enough once setup is done)

Compensation:
$12–$15 USD per day (based on experience, at roughly 3 hours per day)
