Are you passionate about early childhood education and love connecting with communities online? Left2Right Toys, a growing educational toy brand focused on early literacy and special needs support, is looking for a creative and organized Part-Time Social Media Manager to help us grow our digital presence and build meaningful relationships with parents, educators, and influencers.

What You’ll Do:
   •   Create and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
   •   Manage community engagement (responding to comments, DMs, and mentions)
   •   Collaborate on campaign ideas, giveaways, and influencer outreach
   •   Monitor trends and track performance analytics to optimize content
   •   Bring fresh, authentic energy to our brand voice that resonates with moms, educators, and families

What We’re Looking For:
   •   Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
   •   Experience with Canva, basic video editing, and scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer)
   •   Excellent writing skills with a warm, playful, and compassionate tone
   •   Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
   •   Passion for early childhood education, parenting, or special needs is a big plus!

Details:
   •   Remote position
   •   10–15 hours per week to start
   •   Flexible hours with room to grow
   •   Compensation based on experience
