Your Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Platform Management: Oversee and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central and our WordPress
e-commerce site, ensuring maximum visibility and compliance with platform standards.

Compliance Assurance: Regularly review and update product details to meet the latest Amazon and WordPress guidelines, including pricing, descriptions, and visuals.

Calendar Coordination: Manage management’s calendar effectively, scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.

Brand Consistency: Maintain our brand identity consistently across all online platforms, ensuring adherence to our branding guidelines.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate tasks among team members, delegate effectively, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Social Media & Content Creation: Develop and schedule compelling social media posts using Canva, create engaging video advertisements, respond to customer interactions, and maintain an active online presence.

Meeting Support: Attend virtual meetings with Management, document detailed notes, and generate actionable reports.

Trend Analysis & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends in e-commerce, social media, design tools, and video advertising, suggesting innovative strategies to enhance our online presence.

Customer Interaction: Respond efficiently to management and customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate support.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, specifically managing Amazon Seller Central and WordPress
e-commerce sites.
Solid understanding of e-commerce best practices and compliance requirements.
Expertise in Canva for graphic design, along with experience in creating appealing video ads.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
Portfolio showcasing previous e-commerce, graphic design, and video advertising work.
