Salary Range: $7 - $10/hour CAD + Commissions

Job Description:
We’re launching the first round of The Electrical Academy, a hands-on training program for aspiring electricians based in Etobicoke. We’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated sales pro who can take ownership of contacting, screening, and closing new student leads — fast.

You’ll be responsible for running the front-end of our enrollment process: from first contact, to initial Google Meet interview, to final closing call. This is a project-based role with the potential to turn into long-term work if we hit our goals.

What You'll Do:
- Reach out to potential students via cold and warm outreach
- Run quick screening interviews via Google Meet
- Book and lead closing calls to finalize registration
- Help shape our scripts and outreach process as we go
- Must be able to work well under pressure—in a team or independently

You’re a Fit If You:
- Know how to close on the phone (experience in coaching/education sales is a big plus)
- Can build trust quickly and ask the right qualifying questions
- Are organized, proactive, and confident working solo or collaborating with a small team
- Communicate clearly and can adapt your pitch in real time
- Can take a blank slate and help create a system that works
- Are cool under pressure and thrive in fast-moving environments
