We are a fast-growing company providing roofing, siding, deck, fence, and window services to homeowners. Based in Kalamazoo, MI, we have earned a reputation for reliability and quality, completing over 400 projects in 2024 alone. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Remote Sales Support Specialist to join our team.

Assisting Project Consultants: Support the sales team with scheduling, communication, and project tracking.
Customer Service Excellence: Respond to inquiries and provide top-notch service.
Sales Support: Manage follow-up calls, lead management, and data entry in CRM systems.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Project Consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
Growth Opportunities: Expand your role into other areas of sales and project management over time.
1+ year in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in sales.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient with CRM systems, email, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace.
Detail-oriented with strong data entry and reporting skills.
Availability: Must work full-time, 40 hours/week, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST.
Technical Setup: Desktop or laptop with dual-monitor setup, reliable internet with a minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed to ensure smooth video calls, quick data uploads, and communication in real-time, and a quality headset.
Typing Proficiency: Minimum 40 words per minute in English.
Software Proficiency: Familiar with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and time management tools like Calendly.
Competitive Pay: $5-10 per hour based on your skillset, plus bonus opportunities.
Bi-weekly Pay: Via PayPal or similar service.
