Kaerwell, Inc. is dedicated to providing exceptional service and seamless experiences to our fulfillment customers. We are looking for a dependable Virtual Assistant to join our customer service team, assisting in delivering top-notch support through chat communication.

Role Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant - Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with the team to manage the customer service needs of our fulfillment clients. This role is entirely chat-based, allowing you to focus on prompt and professional written communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be present on Ryver (communication tool) throughout the workday to assist customers and support our team in managing inquiries.
- Handle customer interactions exclusively through chat—no phone calls required.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and timely responses.
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure service excellence.

What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English, with strong written communication skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Dependable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.

What We Offer:
- A consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- A collaborative and supportive remote work environment.
- Weekly pay of $200, with potential for long-term growth.
