Digital Marketing Specialist

I run a fast-growing eco-friendly trash bin cleaning business in Fairfield County, Connecticut (USA), and I’m looking for a creative, reliable, and results-driven content creator to help us grow organically (no paid ads!) on TikTok and Instagram Reels.

You’ll work with me to create engaging, local, and viral content that helps us connect with homeowners, property managers, and businesses in our service area. Your mission: get us seen, followed, and booked.
Create and edit 4–5 short-form videos per week (15–60 seconds each)

Add trending hooks, text overlays, music, and emojis

Use popular trends and adapt them to fit our business and location

Write captions and simple call-to-actions that drive engagement

Repost videos across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Reels

Recommend weekly content ideas based on trends and analytics

Help grow our local presence in Fairfield County (US market)

Skills Needed:
Experience creating viral or high-performing Reels/TikToks

Excellent video editing (CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar)

Strong understanding of TikTok/Instagram trends, hashtags, and hooks

Fluent English writing (for captions and CTAs)

Basic understanding of how to target local US audiences
