Medical Scribe - Remote (EST Hours)

We are seeking a skilled Medical Scribe to support our providers with documentation and administrative
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient lists for rehab facility rounds.
• Prepare daily rounding lists, including updates to patient status and location.
• Prepare patients for clinic visits (record retrieval, insurance verification, consent).
• Document patient encounters in real-time via live scribing or audio transcription.
• Accurately record procedures, medications, and test results.
• Process orders as directed.
• Create new encounters and document using SOAP notes in talkEHR.
• Review and route documentation to providers for signature.
• Complete SOAP notes within 24-48 hours post-visit.
Qualifications:
• Prior medical scribe experience is mandatory OR a graduate of a medical doctor program in the Philippines.
• Familiarity with talkEHR and PointClickCare EMR systems.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Gmail and Monday Board.
• Strong communication skills and comfort in speaking with other providers or clinics by phone.
• Familiarity with and ability to use RingCentral for communication
• Must possess dual monitor setup and a personal laptop equipped with a minimum of 8GB of RAM
• Willingness to work a graveyard shift, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
