Key Responsibilities
-Proactively contact potential and existing clients via phone,
-Understand client needs and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments or packages.
-Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, social media, website inquiries, and referrals.
-Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
-Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing outstanding service and support.
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.
-Stay up to date on the latest trends, treatments, and products in the aesthetic industry.
-Coordinate with in-clinic teams to ensure seamless client experience from consultation to treatment.
Requirements
-Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar sales role (experience in beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare is a strong advantage).
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
-Passion for the beauty, health, or aesthetics industry.
-High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
-Comfortable using CRM tools and basic office software.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
