Position Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Community Engagement Specialist to grow, manage, and engage with our community across both online and offline touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a deep understanding of Singapore’s lifestyle and hospitality scene.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow The Hey Co’s audience and enhance brand loyalty
Manage and respond to inquiries, feedback, and reviews across platforms (Instagram,
Build and maintain relationships with our customers, community partners, influencers, and collaborators
Curate engaging content in collaboration with the marketing team to foster conversation and participation
Host and support community events (online/offline), activations, and brand experiences
Monitor sentiment and gather insights from the community to support brand and product improvements
Maintain and update community platforms such as WhatsApp,
Assist in managing The Hey Co’s website and digital content
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and design teams to align on brand goals
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
2+ years of experience in community management, marketing, or communications
Prior experience working in a Singaporean company, ideally in lifestyle, F&B, or hospitality sectors
Strong familiarity with social media, messaging platforms, and community tools
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once
A genuine people person who enjoys connecting with others and growing communities
Bonus: Bilingual (English & Mandarin), experience with XiaoHongShu or other Chinese-language platforms
