What You'll Do:
-Reach out to leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule appointments for our sales team
-Qualify prospects using a provided script and CRM tools
-Follow up with potential clients and nurture relationships
-Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach
-Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM

What We're Looking For:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Comfortable talking to new people and handling objections
-Detail-oriented with basic organizational skills
-Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of software/IT (training provided)
-No prior experience required – just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude!

Nice to Have (but not required):
-Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
-Prior customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience
-Familiarity with SaaS or IT solutions
