We are fast growing e-commerce company based in North America that is looking to add a Virtual Assistant to our growing team.

This is a full-time position requiring the VA to work 40 hours/week with a salary of USD 300 a month depending on your ability to show what you bring to this job. 

**Mandatory Requirements - READ ALL OF THEM**

- EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH
- GRAMMATICAL MISTAKES NOT ACCEPTABLE
- Should be able to work full-time in "Eastern Standard Time zone"
- Customer service - Emails, Phone calls, etc.
- Refunds and Returns
- Strong in online research and analysis tasks
- Replying to customer reviews
- Handling of negative feedback
- You should be able to learn new skills quickly 
- Any other business related tasks that you are asked to perform 
- Should be punctual in terms of daily work hours
- You will only work for our company and no other clients on the side
- Can think outside the box and can work on their own with minimal instructions

You will be on a probation period the first month to assess how you are performing and coping with your responsibilities.
