Quality Assurance Specialist – Customer Service (Remote | $5/hr)

Are you detail-obsessed and thrive in fast-paced environments? Join our growing e-commerce support team as a QA Specialist and help us deliver service excellence across multiple client accounts.

What You’ll Do:
-Monitor agent performance for 5–10 clients
+Review tickets and calls, ensuring high-quality standards
-Provide coaching and performance feedback
-Analyze data and spot trends to improve results
-Collaborate with teams to keep both agents and clients happy

You’ll Excel If You Have:
-1+ year in QA or quality-related roles
-WFH/BPO experience
-Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, Google Sheets & Slack
-A strong eye for detail and a proactive attitude
-Experience coaching agents and juggling multiple tasks

What You Need:
-Laptop/PC with Ryzen 5 or i5+ processor
-Stable 20 Mbps internet (plus backup)
-Backup power source
-Quality headset for meetings and monitoring
