Rate: $3.00/hour (Starting - will advance incrementally)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Clerical Assistant to join our administrative team. This is a full or part-time, remote role ideal for candidates who are organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. The selected candidate will work under the direct supervision of a leading secretary and maintain regular communication with the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Photo Management & Data Processing
Download, organize, and upload client-submitted meal photos.
Export and organize AI-analyzed data into spreadsheets for further nutritional review.
Communication Management
Answer and respond to client calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Document call summaries and follow-up actions.
Scheduling & Calendar Management
Schedule client appointments based on availability.
Manage and update online calendars in real time.
Insurance Verification
Contact insurance providers to verify client coverage for specific services.
Maintain accurate records of insurance confirmations and related documentation.
Administrative Support
Assist the secretary and executive team with day-to-day clerical tasks.
Ensure timely communication and documentation of work assignments.
Required Qualifications:
Completely fluent in English, with clear and easily understandable pronunciation.
Strong comprehensive English vocabulary and professional communication skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Calendar.
Reliable computer and internet access.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Comfortable with Zoom and remote-monitoring tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced spreadsheet skills (data organization, formulas, conditional formatting, etc.) will be strongly preferred.
Previous experience in remote clerical, administrative, or customer support roles.
Work Environment & Supervision:
Fully remote position.
Must be willing to use and download software to help company monitor performance and verify on task time. This can be used to contribute to salary advancement criteria.
Attend up to daily management/staff meetings.
Must be willing to take English pronunciation tests as part of advancement.
Daily tasks will be monitored via Zoom recording for performance and quality assurance.
Regular communication and oversight from the CEO and leading secretary.
Compensation & Advancement:
Starting Rate: $3.00 USD per hour (expected incremental advancements)
Salary promotions will be awarded based on proven competence, ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal oversight, and demonstrated value to the company.
