Customer Success Manager

I am hiring a Customer Relationship Manager for The Free Thinkers Club. This is an extremely important position in the company where you will be helping me provide a world class service to our clients, helping with their admin needs, answering some of their questions and keeping them accountable.

You will be within my private messaging channel with each client and therefore will be a critical point of support for them. We have grown from 0 to 27 clients in 6 months.

Requirements:
- Organised and proactive
- Hard working and committed
- A quick learner - someone who can take on information
- Desire to grow into their role and to be around for the long term
- Ability to use google sheets, notion and google docs - this is critical

Preferred
- The ability to work afternoons and early evenings UK time. This is not required but would be a plus if you are able to do this. Most of my clients are in the UK and I am based in Bali so it is great to have this option for our clients.
- Experience in customer relations with people from UK/US/AUS/EUROPE
- Experience within the online coaching/consulting space - if you have worked on other online offers this is a big plus

We help coaches, agency owners and consultants build and scale their online high ticket business with content. We help them with their offer, their content creation and their sales process.
