Be able to hire, train, and monitor at least 5 Lead-Generation BPO Experts

The Hiring/training manager must be able to get there team to generate as many leads as possible using their skills through telephone conversations.

The Lead-Generation experts must be results-driven, with the ability to effectively overcome objections and convert queries into live-transfers.

After training, you will be fully versed on our offerings.

We provide training framework and materials that go over common objections which will provide you with the knowledge necessary to teach your team to start creating live transfers. Experienced and seasoned benefits coordinators generate two live transfers an hour.
