JOB OVERVIEW

Searching for an Executive Virtual Assistant for a high level CEO who has an established home office situation with dependable power and internet.
You will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the CEO of the company and the team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. You will communicate via Skype chat, Basecamp and email ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Required working hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Mountain Time USA (Denver, CO Time)


Responsibilities

Maintain contact lists in SendOutCards and InfusionSoft
Assist in the production of enewsletters, campaigns and forms through Infusionsoft
Develop and maintain a Google Docs filing system
Managing email through Gmail
Appointment Setting using Google Calendar
Client follow up via email and phone calls (Google Voice)
Creating cards and campaigns in SendOutCards
Managing all company Social Media through HootSuite
Blog posting through WordPress
Handling a wide range of research and team projects

Requirements
At least 2 years prior virtual assistant experience to high level personal

Good at using Infusionsoft specifically in the areas of managing contacts, creating campaigns and forms
Experience with Basecamp Project Management

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal Business English and professional communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good research skills and attention to detail
Good phone skills and edicate
Experience posting Wordpress blogs
Experience with SendOutCards
Quiet Home Office with dependable power and internet and backup plan for each in case of outage
Ability to help manage and hire other team members
