We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee the execution of ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and seamless coordination. You will work closely with leadership (who handles primary research and strategy) to implement plans, manage workflows, and maintain social media engagement. This role is ideal for a proactive multitasker who thrives in structured yet dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
Break down high-level research directives into actionable tasks.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies using tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or ClickUp).
Coordinate with team members/vendors to ensure alignment and resolve bottlenecks.
Social Media & Community Engagement
Schedule, post, and monitor content across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn,
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community growth.
Draft captions/content (based on provided research/guidelines).
Operational Support
Document processes and maintain organized records (Google Drive, Notion, etc.).
Provide light administrative support (e.g.,
Required Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational skills – ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
Experience managing social media for brands/startups (basic graphic/video editing skills a plus).
Proficiency with productivity tools (Slack, Trello, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Strong written communication – concise, professional, and audience-aware.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT for drafting, Canva Magic Design).
Background in tech, marketing, or research-driven industries.
Engagement Structure:
Freelance to start (~20 hrs/week), with potential to transition to full-time.
Flexible hours, but must overlap minimally with EST/PST time zones for syncs.
