Shopify Store Customer Service VA

Needing DEDICATED VA to help handle customer service for our growing e-commerce ---------- sential Duties and Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Handle inbound customer service calls in a professional manner.
- Handle inbound customer service emails in a professional manner.
- Handle chas in a FB in a professional manner.
- Focus on quality phone calls and emails.
- Assist customers with all requests and questions
- Answer website clients.
- Monitoring orders
- Process customer payments.
- Help customers with a checkout
- Follow and maintain policies and procedures in all aspects of the position.
- Strive to obtain performance objectives.
- Perform other assignments and duties as directed by supervision.

Requirements:

- Excellent English (verbal/written)
- Knowledge of shopify
- Knowledge of shipstation
- Knowledge of freshdesk, zendesk
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have an enthusiastic approach to customer interactions.
- Ability to handle information requests.
- Ability to handle compliments and complaints while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must have attention to details.
- Performs all other job-related duties as requested.
- At least 1 year of related experience.
- Previous experience in a call center environment.
- Ability to stay motivated.
- Ability to work independently and with the team
- In the downtime, you will help manage various Facebook Fan pages.

Working Hours:
9 am - 4 pm PST (5 days a week, variable schedule)
