Sales Force Developer/Expert

Salesforce Workflow & Automation Specialist

We’re looking for a Salesforce expert to take ownership of building and maintaining a Medicaid-focused case workflow system. This is a backend role — you will not be entering data or working directly with clients. Instead, you’ll take clearly defined business requirements and turn them into automated, scalable processes within Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Build Client Onboarding Processes
• Translate existing intake workflows and PDF forms into Salesforce objects, fields, and flows
• Design intake automations to support document upload and initial case setup by frontline staff
2. Develop and Maintain Case Management Workflows
• Implement business logic reflecting Medicaid rules and internal decision trees
• Build automations (using Flow, Process Builder, or Apex) to assign tasks, trigger flags, and support staff communication
• Create logic for identifying “paused” or “long-lead” cases and surface them appropriately in the UI
• Create task list, document upload, and note components to support each case.
3. Build Dashboards & Workflow Insights
• Develop admin dashboards to visualize case volume, staff activity, and throughput
• Create reports showing % of active cases by employee and highlight where leadership attention is needed
4. Manage Integrations
• Build or configure integrations with RingCentral, email, and other off-platform tools
• Ensure real-time data syncs and smooth transitions across systems
Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience building workflows and automations in Salesforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Flow, automation best practices, and user permissioning
• Ability to take written or verbal business requirements and turn them into technical solutions
• Comfortable working independently and communicating with stakeholders as needed
• Bonus: Experience with Medicaid or case-based service delivery environments


Must be able to work US Eastern Time with our US Based team on this project.

Pay is negotiable depending on skills and abilities - bonus will be paid for hitting milestones early.
