Creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager (Instagram, Snapchat, Graphics)

We’re building a high-quality brand in the beauty/hair industry and need a creative, results-driven content creator who understands Instagram and content game inside-out. If you know how to grow a page, make content that converts, and manage everything from captions to visuals — we want you.

This role is focused on Instagram content creation, Snapchat posting, brand building, and ideally graphic design. You will work closely with our team to bring our vision to life and make our social media pages look premium, active, and well-ranked.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing and growing our Instagram page (posting, stories, reels, growth tactics)
• Creating and scheduling engaging posts, videos, reels & carousels
• Posting daily content on Snapchat (product videos, behind the scenes, etc.)
• Designing branded graphics (product promos, highlight covers, quote posts)
• Understanding what makes a page visually appealing and HIGH-PERFORMING
• Editing raw footage (hair tutorials, customer reactions, product drops)
• Researching trends and content ideas for our niche

Bonus If You Have:
• Experience in the hair/beauty industry
• Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut skills
• Knowledge of hashtags, viral audio, and Instagram SEO
• Video creation skills (short-form, reels, transformations, etc.)
• Experience with Pinterest or TikTok is a plus

Requirements:
• Must speak excellent English
• Must have a strong portfolio (IG pages you’ve managed or graphics/videos you’ve created)
• Self-motivated and consistent
• Must understand how to grow a page organically

Work Hours:
• Flexible, but we expect daily posts or scheduled content
• Weekly updates/check-ins

Pay:
• depending on experience and skills

We have roles available for multiple skill levels, but obviously this will reflect in the pay . People with experience in the beauty sector or experience with her or Afro products is a plus but not necessary.

We are open to a variety of skills for example we had an applicant who was good at infographics although this isn’t what we were primarily looking for this skill can work so if you have a skill please feel free to let us know
