Job Description (Appointment Setter)

We’re looking for a high-energy, full-time Appointment Setter to join our fast-growing online fitness coaching business. If you’re passionate about fitness, love building connections, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — read on.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Chatting to leads via Instagram and Facebook ----------
- Warming up cold and warm leads using our scripts and training
- Booking qualified calls into our calendar
- Following up with leads who haven’t booked
- Keeping our CRM and lead tracker up to date
- Providing a high standard of communication and professionalism in every interaction

Requirements:

- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ideally has a personal interest in training, fitness, and nutrition
- Strong understanding of basic fitness concepts (calorie deficit, calorie surplus, resistance training, etc.)
- Friendly, coachable, and motivated to grow in a sales/support role
- Able to work UK business hours or overlap with UK time zones
- Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, or sales is a bonus (but not essential)

Salary:

- £850/month (Full-Time) (With performance-based bonuses and opportunity to grow)
