Hi! I run a women-focused fitness studio in Texas and I’m looking for a creative + detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can help organize and upload our workouts each week—and also create simple branded Canva graphics to promote each workout phase.
This job is perfect if you’re organized, self-motivated, and have a good eye for layout and color. You’ll be using CloudFit to schedule workouts from our 300+ templates, organizing them by training phase (Upper, Lower, Cardio, etc.), and making on-brand weekly Canva graphics for each phase or theme using examples we provide.
This is a self-paced job. You’ll get your checklist each week, and once trained, I won’t be chasing you. Just get it done and done right.
?
Weekly Tasks Include:
• Upload 1 workout per day into CloudFit TV using existing templates
• Organize workouts into proper training phases (Volume, Peak, etc.)
• Ensure no repeats in workout content (we’ll show you how to track this)
• Create 1–2 branded Canva graphics per week to show our phase layout and promote the week’s theme
• Post (or prep) simple Canva graphics daily using our templates
• Maintain folders and keep everything labeled + organized
?
What You’ll Use:
• CloudFit (free training videos + login provided)
• Canva (we’ll share our brand colors + logos + templates)
• Trello or Google Sheets for your weekly checklist
?
What You Need:
• Canva experience or a great eye for clean layout/design
• Strong organizational skills (no sloppy uploads or missed workouts)
• Some understanding of fitness formats (HIIT, resistance, cardio, hybrid)
• Solid English for short captions
• Self-starter attitude—this is for someone who works best independently
?
Pay:
• $20/week during 2-week training period
• $30/week flat rate once trained
• Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal
• ~3.5 to 4 hours/week after training
