Experienced Web Project Manager (also Marketing and Content Management)

Hi ,

I am looking for person to help me with the management of Web projects involving Web Marketing (sales funnel, email marketing etc.). Your tasks would include:

Manage communication with WordPress developers
Organize their work and follow up on progress
Content management (managing writers)
Control deadlines and project calendar
Establish quality control of work done
Prepare User Guides and Documentation
Support Knowledgeable Developers (WordPress)
Report to CEO of the company on a regular basis (via Basecamp)

Requirements:
3 years in a position as a mid- to senior web project manager,
Having worked with teams of minimum 3 to 10 people (online or office)
Great communication skills
Great organizational skills
Fluently English
Fast learner

Tools we currently use :
Basecamp (project management)
Hrundl (time mangement)
Skype (communication)
Get Response (email marketing)
Woopra (sales funnel management)

You are free to choose your time of the day for work! (this is made possible via Basecamp). But you will be required to use our time management tool so that we can pay you for hours worked.

There will likely be a weekly in-person meeting with me - but only as long as you need it. Other than that I am available on Skype during business hours pretty much all of the time (8am to 6pm EST, Montreal). I will help you

I am a "cool CEO", and I value clear communication and great organization. Guess that's my German background :-) You should be self-reliant and be able to solve issues with minor intervention form my side. Communication is king - especially when it comes to online projects involving several parties spread out over the globe.
