We’re Hiring: Customer Success & Sales Support Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)

Are you someone who loves helping people and also gets motivated by hitting sales goals? We’re looking for a Customer Success & Sales Support Specialist to join our team. You’ll be supporting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and turning leads into loyal fans — all while earning commissions on the sales you help close.

This is a hybrid support/sales role — ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive vibe, and the drive to grow with a fast-paced team. Full training is provided — just bring your energy and commitment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Responding to customer messages via email, chat, or social media
Offering helpful, friendly, and persuasive support
Assisting with orders, product questions, and account issues
Tracking communication and following up as needed
Encouraging conversions and earning commission for each sale
Using detailed scripts and SOPs to deliver consistent service

Stable, high-speed internet connection
Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 7 days/week)
Comfortable with flexible shifts and rotating schedules
Excellent written and spoken English
A customer-first mindset with a sales-driven attitude
Detail-oriented and process-focused

Pay & Perks:
$2.50/hour base rate (paid weekly)
3% commission on all converted sales
