JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a Customer Support Representative for 2 of my new beauty brands - you will be responsible for managing and responding to customer emails in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner. You’ll handle inquiries, process returns/exchanges, troubleshoot order issues, and help ensure every customer walks away with a positive experience. Experience with Shopify and e-commerce customer service is required.

Key Responsibilities:
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email across two Shopify stores
-Handle questions about orders, shipping, product information, returns, and more
-Provide solutions to customers’ problems while maintaining a friendly and helpful tone
-Process refunds, replacements, and order modifications through Shopify
-Collaborate with the fulfillment team to track down orders and resolve delivery issues
-Flag recurring issues and help identify opportunities to improve customer experience
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
-Follow brand voice and tone guidelines for each store

Must have high proficiency with English and understanding of American culture

Starting pay is $4 USD hourly (hours and pay rate will increase as business grows as long as customers are taken care of and happy :) )
