JOB OVERVIEW

As our ---------- Facebook Ads Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for producing scroll-stopping, conversion-focused video ads tailored for Meta. You must have a strong grasp of direct-response marketing, understand hooks, retention tactics, UGC integration, and can translate performance data into creative decisions.

Responsibilities:
Edit engaging short-form video ads optimized for Facebook & Instagram feeds and stories.

Craft multiple ad variations from the same raw footage for A/B testing.

Use performance hooks, captions, and call-to-actions (CTAs) to drive conversions.

Integrate UGC, product demos, testimonials, and before/afters seamlessly.

Stay on top of trends in DTC ad creatives and implement best practices.

Collaborate with our creative strategist and media buyer to iterate on top-performing concepts.
