JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Looking for a Smart, Scrappy Lead Gen Pro Who Can Fill Calendars and Spot Hot Leads Fast
You’ll be responsible for keeping our outbound efforts running across multiple platforms???Facebook, cold email, Upwork, Alignable, and niche groups—while booking high-quality appointments week after week.

If you're great at balancing consistency with creativity and can spot a great lead faster than a freelancer can say "Let's jump on a call," this might be your perfect gig.

Key Responsibilities:
**Facebook Outreach**
- Run “hand-up” style campaigns using multiple Facebook profiles
- Manage inboxes, send personalized messages, and track responses
- Identify which scripts and angles perform best for lead flow

**Cold Email Campaigns**
- Launch and maintain outbound email sequences (tools like Instantly, Mailshake, Lemlist, etc.)
- Monitor deliverability and inbox health
- Keep bounce rates low and replies high
- Lead Sourcing & Qualification
- Search for qualified leads daily on Upwork, Alignable, and Facebook Groups
- Review posts, profiles, and business pages to identify who’s worth reaching out to
- Tag, sort, and pass off high-potential leads to the sales team
- Able to set up cold emails and use automation platforms to generate - Knowledge of N8N preferred.

**CRM & Tracking**
- Update CRM or lead tracker with notes, contact history, and source info
- Track appointment conversion rates and channel performance
- Collaborate with strategy/sales team on feedback loops

Your Targets & Compensation:
Base Pay: $200/week

Minimum Weekly Appointments: 20 (expected to increase as systems improve)

Commission: 5% on new sales that result from your leads

We reward sharp thinking, proactive outreach, and clear results. If you can book calls and help us close deals, you’ll get recognized and compensated. Bonuses available

**Who You Are:**
Fluent in written English and comfortable having casual but strategic conversations
Experienced in lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound outreach
Organized and detail-oriented (as a quick test, include the word Jade somewhere in your email subject line when you apply)
Fast learner, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple profiles and inboxes
Familiar with outreach platforms and CRMs
A natural at spotting real buying signals and filtering out time-wasters

Available to work 8 hours in US Time Zones daily - probably:
5AM-8AM PHST
Then
6PM -11 PM PHST
