This exciting position is deeply rooted in multi-platform social media coordination. Only complete social media fanatics who have been addicted to using social media for at least three years need apply.

Candidate must love learning and improving their social media skills and possess geekiness towards learning new social media platforms, new tools and applications, and social media nuances that make a company excel.

Candidate must love communicating via social media using themed monthly content as the basis for the posts and conversations. Candidate must also manage content developers to deliver per their calendar and maintain monthly posting calendars for all members of the team and love directing them to post per the calendars and Social Media Plan as well as track that they have done so and hold them accountable.

Social media platforms include but are not limited to: LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and Pinterest.

This is a long-term contract-to-potential-hire position that requires a 30-40/hour week commitment and flexible hours to be determined.

SMC Objective:

To support the MetaExperts™ Social Media Plan by coordinating the daily postings and conversations online, managing the team and their calendars to make this happen, and track their performance as well as results analysis to ensure the plan is being optimized -- all for the purpose of making the MetaExperts™ Social Media machine our best tool for generating leads that become clients and candidates that become MetaExperts™.

To work closely and under the direction of the Business Development Rep (BDR) and ensure all general company communications are posted timely and to specific areas that target the decision makers in companies that meet our criteria.

Monitor and ensure all company personnel are posting to their personal accounts the suggested/required communication weekly or daily as outlined in the plan. Seek out conversations or other postings in the targeted social media platforms that will support our SM goals and objectives and feed this information to the BDR.

Consistently research information around social media/electronic marketing that will enhance the position and objectives of the BDR and others in the company. Inform and teach the BDR of this new information, platforms, and/or tools as discovered.

SMC Goal:

• Add 50 (minimum) new client leads and 25 (minimum) new MetaExperts™ contenders to our LinkedIn company page(s) weekly
• Add 200 quality (people we want to do business with) Twitter followers weekly
• Add 100 quality YouTube followers weekly
• Convert leads across all social media platforms to prospects for BDR
• Establish other goals with the BDR

SMC Responsibilities:

• Create and manage the visual theme change of social media sites each month per the monthly themes.
• Create and manage the Master Posting calendar and each team member's individual posting calendar.
• Manage content creators based on the monthly content themes and master posting calendar:
o Request content and graphics from content/graphic creators a week in advance per the Social Media Content Plan (provide creators with graphic and content length specifications for each and every post).
o Investigate all MagEzine Articles, lead generators, videos, webinars, etc. -- anything that is content and/or newsworthy -- that is created each month and make sure it gets on the posting schedule.
• Post and Manage postings:
o Post per the master calendar, monitor and participate meaningfully in all conversations.
o Monitor and manage all team members' postings and accountability.
o Refer all 'hot' prospects immediately to supervisor.
• Successfully invite leads and contender/candidates to the MetaExperts™ LinkedIn Company Page using LinkedIn communication tools and messaging styles that work per the MetaExperts Sales Playbook:
o Monitor all team members' connections and create a schedule for inviting the most desirable ones to the company page(s).
o Provide individual team members with the messaging and follow links required to convert their best connections to company page followers.
o Create and manage the conversion calendar you use.
o Work with content and graphic creators to develop invitations that work.
• Manage and help create Lead Generation Auto Reply campaigns as directed by the BDR
• Track followers and engagement into your weekly scorecard
• Perform weekly analysis of metrics, what works and doesn't across all platforms, messaging and target demographics, create at-a-glance report, and work with supervisor to make incremental adjustments to enhance results.
• Record best (and worst) practices as an addendum to the MetaExperts™ Social Media Plan and the MetaExperts™ Sales Playbook.
• Keep all lead and prospect contact information and notes updated in Sugar CRM/Suite contact management system.
• Monitor and react to Google Alerts, Email Opens (monitor opens every 2 hours and call those who open more than once immediately)
• Assist some company executives in managing correspondence and connections in their personal social media channels, especially LinkedIn.

SMC Income and Contract
• Salary plus bonus based on experience and results.
